Returns and exchanges
Cloth behaves differently on a body than it does in a photograph.
Tell us first
Message the same WhatsApp conversation the order was made in. It already carries the piece, the size and the date, so nothing has to be looked up and you do not have to explain the order again.
Before you send anything back
Keep the piece as it arrived and do not remove anything attached to it until you are sure. A piece that has been worn out of the house, altered or washed is a different piece, and the terms below will treat it as one.
Still being settled
These terms are not published yet, and this house would rather say so than print a figure it has not agreed to keep. Until they are, ask and you will get a straight answer for your order.
- How long after delivery a return can be raised
- What condition a piece has to be in to come back
- Whether the house or the customer covers return carriage
- Whether exchanges are offered, and on what
